growning pains (the good kind)

photo

When I started working again I decided right off the bat that I didn’t want to combine my work life and my blog. While at the same time I know that work is such a huge part of my life and it cannot be completely ignored. As time goes on I’ve started to find balance between work, personal time, and now I’m finding out how to throw blogging back into the mix as well.

I figure that since I never really talked about what I do, I should share a couple tidbits!

The job I quit in Las Vegas to move with James to the east coast was a full-time Administrative Assistant position at a corporate office for a hospitality company where I had worked for the previous 3 years. My current position is as a full-time Administrative Assistant for another hospitality company. I absolutely love my job and the environment I get to work in. The people are fantastic and I couldn't imagine a better place to be in.

So… that’s the general info on where I was to what I do now! My position encompasses everything from accounting, event/party/conference planning, e-mails, schedule management, answering phones, and so much more.

Ultimately, I just want to say that although A Cup of Subtle Tea is now signed, xoxohannah, I can’t wait to see where it goes and what comes next. This has first, and foremost, always been a lifestyle blog and will continue to be with little sparkles of personal style, crafts, travel, food, and much more sprinkled in! Thank you for being along for the ride 
